Meet Jeremy Walton

Jeremy Walton is a performance coach, meditation guide, yoga instructor, and the creator of the Walton Method—a simple daily practice that helps people strengthen their focus, build resilience, and perform with greater intention.

For more than 20 years, Jeremy has helped thousands of people—from professional athletes and executives to entrepreneurs, educators, and parents—develop the mindset and habits needed to thrive under pressure. His career began in 2001 as a personal trainer in Newport Beach, California, and has since taken him across the country, where he has coached in eight cities and worked with some of the world’s most respected fitness, wellness, and performance organizations.

Jeremy has served as Program Manager at Midtown Athletic Club, Director of Training for SHRED415, Fitness Manager at Equinox, a trainer on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, a featured lululemon Studio instructor and Global Ambassador, and an instructor for Yoga International. His clients and collaborations include Condé Nast, Hyperice, Asutra, the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Cubs, Equinox, and numerous corporate and community organizations committed to improving performance and well-being.

Beyond coaching, Jeremy is passionate about making mindfulness and wellness accessible to everyone. He has partnered with organizations including The Obama Foundation, Healing Chicago, Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health, Project OneTen, Ravinia, and Chicago Public Schools to bring meditation, movement, and mental performance practices to diverse communities.
