Training Club

A weekly training program utilizing meditation, Dumbbell and bodyweight workouts that you can do at home to improve your mental well-being, physical strength, body awareness, and overall conditioning for just 30 minutes a day 3 times per week.

Walton Method Lower Body Workout:

14 Lower body Dumbbell and Bodyweight exercises performed for 2 rounds (30 minute Workout)

Walton Method Arms + Abs Workout:

15 Upper Body and Core Dumbbell and Bodyweight exercises performed for 2 rounds. (30 minute workout)

Walton Method Workout:

10 bodyweight exercise total body circuit. Followed by a 2 exercise conditioning circuit for 4 rounds.

Then repeat the 10 bodyweight exercise total body circuit. Followed by a new 2 exercise conditioning circuit for 4 rounds.

(30 minute workout)

Walton Method Meditation:

Begin with breath work and a body scan and then a guide towards a state of calm and stillness (10-15 minutes)

12 minute meditation: Theme (Authenticity)

3 workouts delivered each week for 52 weeks per year and a daily meditation for 365 days per year at a cost less than a dollar a day.
