Well-Being Workshop

A digital or in person restorative experience to improve the mental well being of your corporate team.

Stress and burnout are a common theme in today’s corporate work life. If you’re looking for a workshop that can relieve some of that stress and develop a plan to prevent burn out and fatigue this may be what you’re looking for.

The experience begins with 5 minutes of breathwork.

Then a 45 minute restorative yoga session.

and a 10 minute meditation.

Then we shift to a 45 minute workshop developing a morning routine and evening routine for each participant that will help develop and maintain longterm mental and physical health.
